In 1991, we laid the foundations of a company built on one simple principle: quality is non-negotiable.
Over the past 35 years, we have continuously invested in innovation, technology and development. From manufacturing laminated timber components, SILCAR has grown into a modern producer of PVC and aluminium windows and doors, insulating glass units, and technical solutions for energy-efficient buildings, serving both the Romanian market and customers across Europe.
Today, our production takes place in modern facilities covering more than 7,100 m², equipped with four automated production lines and a manufacturing capacity exceeding 300 windows and doors per day. Every stage of the process is carefully monitored to ensure precision, durability and long-term performance.
Throughout these years, we have continuously invested in advanced technologies and introduced solutions that have strengthened our position in the market:
• fully automated insulating glass production with SUPER SPACER warm edge technology;
• fully robotic aluminium cladding of PVC windows;
• outward-opening window systems designed for the UK market;
• development of premium residential entrance doors and the expansion of our portfolio with pivot door systems.
The quality of SILCAR products is built in partnership with some of Europe's leading manufacturers of window and door systems and components: KÖMMERLING, Salamander, Aluplast, ALUPROF, ALIPLAST, Reynaers Aluminium, Guardian Glass, MACO and ROTO. We choose partners who share the same philosophy: performance, reliability and innovation.
